Problem description

aten._to_copy ops that are used to cast to boolean types for aten.masked_fill ops can be removed since the TTNN lowering will cast the boolean types to bfloat.

What's changed

  • Remove aten._to_copy if used as an argument for aten.masked_fill.
  • Subsequently move the blocklist for aten.masked_fill away from to_tt_guard_autogen.py
