Lock status in bottom right of Obsidian doesn't show properly on first load #17

Hi, what do you mean with "I open the note and see the entire text"? On the Obsidian status bar (bottom right) should be a lock icon which indicates when a note is encrypted. You can also verify with another text editor if the file is encrypted.

While testing this out, Obsidian wouldn't show the lock icon the first time I opened a "new file" despite GPG Agent caching the key, I suspect this has got to do with the internal cache of encrypted and unencrypted files.

Hmm, this was working. Maybe Obsidian changed something and this needs to be fixed (again). Feel free to do a PR :) I will also have a look how to improve this.
