Coupled Model v1.0 Usage: ./main.o -dt DT -output OUTPUT_FOLDER -vertex-file VERTEX_FILE -ridge-file RIGDE_FILE -save-each-percent PRCNT -max-grains-percent MAX_PRCNT -solver (RK2|MULTISTEP) [-inner-resolution] -lambda LAMBDA -mu MU [-inner-resolution] -kappa0 KAPPA0 -N0 N0 -Dkappa0 DKAPPA0 Options: -dt: Simulation time step. -output: Specifies output folder. -vertex-file: Specifies initial condition file VERTEX_FILE, the format of this file is a list of positions in the unit domain. -ridge-file: Specifies initial condition file RIDGE_FILE, the format is pairs of lines of VERTEX_FILE, so this specifies boundaries. -save-each-percent: Save each PRCNT of grains removed (in percentage) e.g. 0.05 indicates that a snap is taken each 5% of removed grains. -max-grains-percent: Max number of removed grains to stop simulation. -solver: Two options are handled: * RK2: Second Order Runge-Kutta (No longer supported). * MULTISTEP: Euler Multistep with time step dtau = dt/N where N is the number of multisteps to be performed. By default N = 4. -inner-resolution: If MULTISTEP solver is used, this option overrides the multistep size N. -kappa0: Base curvature threshold. -N0: Base number of grains of the simulation where kappa0 was tunned. -Dkappa0: Base curvature growth threshold.
