The main addition of this release is Org Novelist's new 'flagship' export template theme, called Cubes. This supplies PDF and ePub outputs that are both highly customizable and polished. Both are aimed at final publication of a novel (print and digital). The Cubes templates fully support the Org Novelist index generator system and can generate front page covers for books. They match each other stylistically to create a unified publishing pipeline.

A new basic export template to create a 'clean' Org file is now also included.

The repository layout has been changed to keep things more organised, and the manuscript and Cubes templates are now fully documented.

Other minor bugs were fixed with the existing templates.

All templates have been updated to ensure compatibility with Org Novelist v0.0.3.
