The default cmake version of ubuntu 18.04 is 3.10. Does this version support

We are using a recent CMake version to make it easier to find new packages. I don't have CMake 3.10 to check, but you may share your problems so we will help. I recall you will need a new version to call the --build switch.
I strongly recommend updating your CMake to a newer version, for example using:
