@fractastical, have left LICENSE.md particularly generic ATM pending further discussion on what's exactly appropriate. Additionally figured we should sort any licensing stuff out before making the repo public to avoid complications. Not urgent.

Assuming we start with MIT and move to something more appropriate when appropriate. I have been referring to MIT+ for MIT plus X amount of tokens for commercial use, which I think probably applies here, but only after we are out of MVP stage.
@fractastical So some MVP stuff we're okay licensing under MIT - but once you release code under a license that's it. MIT is too permissive for our more industrial voting stuff (because it would allow, say, a government to use our product without paying us).
MIT+ sounds interesting, though would need to flesh it out.
