Some of the .cfg files in /cfgs (zaxxon.cfg for example) have inconsistent values for input_overlay_enable like True or "True" which don't seem to work. I have to manually change them to "true" for some files (there are several).

I'm running RetroPie version 4.8.8 on a RaspberryPi 4b.
