软件登录无法唤起系统默认浏览器 #144

就是软件本身的登录那里，无论选QQ还是微博还是github，选择在默认浏览器打开，都唤起不了我的默认浏览器。（我设的默认是Edge。）去掉默认浏览器选项之后，页面会弹出来，但是是空白的，什么都加载不出来。

这个是因为提供的服务已经关闭了，要账号系统需要自行部署服务端，见详README

无法唤起默认浏览器这个我晚点测试下windows，我这mac测试正常
