Please respect the settings set by the user

v3.0.20 and v3.0.21 are both bad for me on Windows and in browser so I downgraded to v3.0.19. Logged into the Windows app, disabled auto-update, closed the app. Restart the app and it automatically updated back to v3.0.21 again...

After the user disables auto-update, any downloaded installer should be deleted.

I had to deny permissions to the update folder in order to stop the auto-update.
AppData\Local@notesnookdesktop-updater

Also the configure button on the left side when the app first starts up should be made more prominent. Don't want it to auto-update and don't want it to use custom DNS.
