Issue with login and sync #6942

I have trouble on desktop app with sync. Force push from my iPad and force pull on desktop doesn’t work. After trying relogin I faced issue with logging in - I receive this message

Under vpn, it partially work - I can input email, but I don’t receive authentication code. On iPad app work well
