Rundung in _formatDecimal Methode

In der IInvoiceDescriptorWriter Klasse gibt es die Methode _formatDecimal:

protected string _formatDecimal(decimal? value, int numDecimals = 2)
{
    if (value == null)
    {
        return String.Empty;
    }

    return Math.Round(value.Value, numDecimals).ToString($"F{numDecimals}", CultureInfo.InvariantCulture);
} // !_formatDecimal()

Gibt es ein Grund dafür, dass MidpointRounding.AwayFromZero nicht übergeben wird?
