Deploy layer to me-south-1

Could you please deploy the layer to me-south-1 region. as it seems chrome-aws-lambda-layer is already deployed in that region.

@mahdi29 It seems a version has one been deployed to me-south-1, but a current up to date Chrome binary is not being deployed in that region.

me-south-1 is missing from their GitHub Actions workflow:

I also don't see me-south-1 meantioned in their README.

Feel free to ping shelfio/chrome-aws-lambda-layer with a request to deploy it to me-south-1, and I will be more than happy to deploy sidecar-browsershot-layer there as well.
(Or do you have an ARN for the me-south-1 layer of chrome-aws-lambda-layer?)
