ss.Births takes a DataFrame with columns Year and CBR
ss.Pregnancy takes a DataFrame with columns Time, AgeGrp, and ASFR
ss.Deaths takes a DataFrame with columns of Time, Sex,AgeGrpStart, and mx

Normalize Year and Time. Normalize AgeGrp and AgeGrpStart.
