Update Ticket Owner from V1 Account to V2

Core Lightning has moved from a Sphinx V1 to V2 account.
They still have 6 active bounties on the V1 account.
The V2 account has access to the workspace, but the bounties are associated and managed at the account level (i.e. owned by Core LIghtning v1 account).

This would be a tactical fix at this point, but do we have options to update directly the ownership of the bounties from the V1 account to the V2 account?
