[Bug]: I Can Help Button in Bounties Tab Fails to Open QR Scanner

Describe the bug

• The I Can Help button in the Bounties tab is unresponsive and does not open the QR scanner.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://community.sphinx.chat/p/cjjlji04nnchbeccv9l0/bounties'
2. Click the Open filter.
3. Click the "I Can Help" button.
4. Observe that the QR scanner does not open.

Expected behavior

• Clicking the I Can Help button should open the QR scanner, allowing users to scan a QR code successfully.
