We need the Apps to pass the tribe uuid and tribe host as part of the URL when opening secondbrain in Sphinx.

e.g. https://second-brain.sphinx/?uuid=12345&host=host

Acceptance Criteria

  • Open secondbrain from within a tribe passes the tribe uuid and host as part of the url
