Test being kicked out of a tribe

Base branch: develop

Purpose

Prove being kicked out gives the proper notification and subsequent behavior (stop receiving messages on that tribe)

Success condition

Prove member is removed and stops receiving messages on the tribe

Steps

Induce server to make a tribe
Join that tribe when available
Induce the server to kick our user out
Confirm we receive the proper notification
Induce the server to send a message to that tribe
Confirm we do not receive any messages within a defined timeout

Acceptance Criteria

Run test successfully
