Test the ability to leave a tribe

Base branch: develop

Purpose

prove the ability to leave a tribe as a member

Success condition

Prove leaving a tribe successfully and stop receiving messages on it

Steps

Make server make a tribe
Send a leave message
Make server send messages to that tribe
Confirm you do not receive any messages for ten seconds

Acceptance Criteria

Run test successfully
