Test the ability to delete a tribe

Base branch: develop

Purpose

Prove the ability to delete a tribe is intact

Success condition

Prove a tribe that existed at the outset is gone after deletion request

Steps

• Select a tribe based on HTTP tribes server requests (preferably one created by previous test)
• Confirm and store the meta data
• Perform the deletion
• Confirm deleted tribe doesn't exist in the tribes server anymore

Acceptance Criteria

• Run test successfully
