Recently I tried to publish the app in the Play Store, and it said,

The developer of Maps SDK for Android (com.google.android.gms:play-services-maps) has reported version 16.0.0 as outdated. You must upgrade to a newer version (17.0.0+) before you can publish a new release to production or open testing.
