[verify] Better workflow for viewing/fixing issues

Currently, verify can show a lot of issues, and you have to fix them one by one.

First, the view itself isn't very nice when reviewing lots (5+) issues. Probably collapsing issues of the same type (e.g. SR1005) into groups with counts would be one aspect.

Second, using --fix with the y/n interactivity isn't really great for fixing lots of issues. We'd probably want a way of specifying fixing all issues of a certain type.
