George: I started contributing to GitLab to learn if remote work works. Instead, I ran into an incredible community and an infinite source of inspiration on how to work and scale a remote team. 💬

These days I'm not contributing as much with code to GitLab but focusing on improving triage operations, developer productivity, and response time for community contributions as well as helping with UX reviews for community contributions during the quarterly GitLab Hackathon.
