Executive Summary

• In its simplest form, HurraCloud is a software that allows managing file storage system and installing applications that can be authorized to access the user's data locally without allowing it to send it over the network.
• Majority of features will be delivered in the form of installable apps. Thus our biggest effort is creating a robust framework for developing applications, such framework would have strict privacy policy enforcement to ensure data never leaves the user's local network.
• We are also hoping to build a blockchain that can be used for features that do require external connectivity, think things like discovery-service (find your friends Hurra device and share files with them directly)
• We are also hoping to power the app store using the blockchain. In other words, the mechanism of selling/buying applications would occur as transactions on the blockchain. There would be no centralized authority to oversee the marketplace.
