Exactly the reverse of collapsible subtrees, #9.

This is a bit trickier than collapsing the tree - just hiding it is not going to give a very useful display (imagine clicking the far right corner of a large tree - you'll end up with a completely empty canvas except for the far corner).

Probably need something like generating multiple graphs (around the different pinches).

In addition, not sure how to permit multiple pinches. Pinch one and you lose the ability to pinch elsewhere.

Backlogging for now.
