[Bug]: Buy XOR widget is not displayed until opening edit view when restarting the app

Preconditions

Buy XOR is ON

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch the app
2. Check the availability of Buy XOR widget
3. Go to the edit view
4. Go back and repeat the second point

Actual behavior

Buy XOR widget is not displayed until you open edit view when you restart the app.
...even if I turn on the Buy XOR widget, I restart the app, and it's still not there

apparently the IBAN request is late

Expected behavior

Buy XOR widget should always be displayed until we hide it in the view details.
