First of all, congratulations on this work; looks terrific!
I just noticed that some curly quotes on line 68 of logger.py caused me some troubles in the execution of training (Ubuntu 22.04, SyntaxError: invalid character '“' (U+201C)).
Easy to fix by substituting them; not worth a PR.
