acme: example.com contact emails are forbidden

I added a domain name in via the control plane and it borked my instance. In order to see the error message I tried starting caddy_init (the snowplow_mini_control_plane_api binary does not pass the output through):

ubuntu@ip-xxx.xx.xx.x:~/snowplow$ sudo service caddy_init start
Starting caddy_server
Activating privacy features...2019/02/27 02:21:13 registration error: acme: Error 400 - urn:acme:error:invalidEmail - Error creating new registration :: invalid contact domain. Contact emails @example.com are forbidden

Setting a valid email in the Caddyfile seems to fix things.
