Problem

In R98 the cross-domain policy was made configurable and the /crossdomain.xml route was completely removed by default. However, if this feature needs to be enabled (e.g. for sites that use Flash), then there is no easy way for the user to configure this without accessing the box, updating the collector configuration, and restarting the Mini services.

Resolution

Add a flag to allow the cross domain policy to be enabled and disabled directly from the control plane for a Snowplow Mini.
