Associating Purchase Cost with Asset Model

Hello.

I was wondering if there was any way to associate an Asset's Purchase Cost with a pre-built Asset Model? Similar to how an Asset Model can have an associated Depreciation schedule and End of Life length. It would be nice to have that data auto-populate into the appropriate field when creating a new Asset since most of the devices I add have the same values based on the Asset Model being created. I checked with Custom Fieldsets, but since the Purchase Cost field of the Asset creation menu directly determines information such as Current Value, it still requires manual entry on the Create Asset page.

Just something that would help speed along new Asset Creation.
