Fix Linked List implementations #25

Apparently the Linked Lists are broken.
This commit moves them to the experimental module. There's an open issue which is part of the problem with the current implementation. We're not just removing the Linked Lists now, because they are indeed in the original 3.0.3 release, as well a our own 0.0.1 release.

Test case to check _K__V_HashMap.TValueView.remove.

Currently this test case fails on the master.

Got accidentally closed by the original commit message from 5c48bac (issue numbers here in our repo and over there from BitBucket are in conflict)
