There should be a possibility to add the prec parameter for the precision with a self defined value.
The locator-tool is to locate pictures where are no location data from the camera or an matched GPX-track, so the location is mostly not 0.3 meters correct like defined in the default for the template.

Do you have an idea how this feature should integrate in the UI, i.e., how+where should be the input for prec. Would it make sense to think about the other {{Location}} attributes (region, heading, scale, dim, source, class, wikidata) as well?
I think it dose not make sense to have wikidata or region in the template in general because that should be on the category Pages.(And if there is a wikidata object the location should be there)
I think only prec and heading are relevant.
Maybe the field for prec should be above the search field because it is not changed for every photo. A field for heading should be near the save button because it is changed for every photo.
