Download single post not working on paid account or protected video

As shown in the image, the download single post doesn't work on paid account or protected videos, it's stuck on 0%. What i'm mistaking?

And this is the error i get after a few minutes

Well the first issue from what I can see in the first image is that your Keys are missing, without that downloading DRM videos won't really work, So I would work on that one first!

This page will provide you the steps on how to get the CDM keys

Select Configuration on the left and in the drop down select "CDM"
