Add Typing to following methods

load_balls, load_paddles and load_rectangles in load.py
update in paddle.py
distance in util.py

File attached for reference, the same is being done in ball.py file for method update.

load.py and paddle.py files have been updated with required changes, need to do the same for util.py file.
