Clarification on repository validity concerns

Hey @shyamtawli while going through the participation rules of hacktoberfest I came across this point :

I'm not sure if this would render this repository invalid because I've seen PRs for adding profiles with the label "hacktoberfest-accepted". Since this is my first time participating in Hacktoberfest, I would appreciate a clarification on this matter as I am not entirely familiar with the rules.

I've seen PRs for profile adding with the label "invalid" in the Biodrop github repository. Because there are numerous good PRs that can be counted for hacktoberfest, this prohibits the hacktoberfest team from declaring all of the PRs invalid. If you believe there is a chance the entire repository could be marked as "invalid" I would propose doing the same.

Thanks for sharing it @Bismay5467 I have removed the labels and now not counting adding profile as hacktoberfest contribution.
