Describe the bug
If you click on a header in the data systems page to sort by that header, then it sorts the list briefly, and then snaps back to the order-created sorting very quickly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have multiple data systems, not naturally in alphabetical order by created-at
  2. Click on the name header
  3. Observe the flicker

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Should have stayed sorted.

If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.
