Initial release of the Chaotic Sensing algorithms. Scripts can be found for generating the finite fractal and the fMLEM/fSIRT algorithms. This version corresponds to the results published in the paper as long as you use Python 2.7.
The files below also provide the conda environment file required to setup the Python environment to run the code and the WinPython distribution used to generate the results shown in the paper.
You can also find the results for the compressed sensing method as MAT files and generated results required for comparison via the 'test_compute_metrics' script. Place these in the projects/simulation folder before running the script.
The prime sized k-space data for the phantom used in the MR experiments have also been released as a MAT file (see phantom_lego_4.mat file below). See the key 'Cartesian_kData' for the k-space data. Please cite our paper if find the data useful.
