Hi so I'm not sure what to do. I added the Unity project to my avatar, and I set it up properly. I connected my shirt via my phone since my computer doesn't have built-in Bluetooth. My phone was able to pick up on the game and connect to it, yet when I am in vrc, and everything is all set up, I don't feel anything.
Is it because it's Bluetooth connected to my phone rather than a computer? I made sure to troubleshoot OSC, and that isn't the problem, tried another one of my OSC programs to make sure it works and yeah it does but not with the owo skin.

Under "Intensity Settings" there are the individual muscles. If it sends an update to the Skin, you should be able to see the corresponding musle have brackets while it is triggered. Can you confirm this is happening for you?
so i actually have this issue, though im not sure if the application is even connecting to OSC or not, but i do not get any updates in the application indicating any active muscle groups. I want to say that its an avatar issue but honestly I have no idea, Sorry to bump an old issue!
Edit: Just found out that if i make a temporary toggle to test a muscle group it works flawlessly, but someone else cant trigger it for some reason even with the capsules being placed. so good news! OSC is working, not sure what i muffed up on the avi now....
