[feat]: add year through dropdown in date picker instead of scrolling

Feature description

The clicking of buttons is alot for a user who wishes to choose a date one decade from now.
One possible fix to this can be to add dates by keyboard, or we can also add a dropdown which lists all the years upon selection.
