Nextjs warning on Input component

Hi
I am working on a simple form and get a strange error that I'm not sure is about the Input component or not.
The repository is private and I hope to publish it as a public repo in shadcn/ui as soon as possible.

When I comment the Input the error message would be disappear.

For anyone who has the same problem. I have fixed it by adding:
id, aria-describedby

    aria-describedby="url"
    placeholder="Link"
    className="pr-14 py-0 h-11"

  />
