Hi thank you for sharing code. Could you please show me how you drew/assigned the value from st-gcn to the brain surface map in Connectome Workbench. Did you manually drew it in workbench ? Or did you convert to some gii file? I could only get the borders figure from the montage figure in the URL you've posted. Thank you.
