Authentication of added resources by number of upvotes or downvotes

Feature Request / Suggestion

The current version includes no authentication for the added resources, where the content maybe misleading and false.
A validation and authentication process is required for better reliance. For this, voting system as it is used in Quora can be applied.

Possible Implementation

The resources added can verified and cross checked by other people. This can be done on the basis of upvote (as it is done in Quora) while the resources that are inappropriate can be downvoted. After a certain number of downvotes, the resource can be removed.

I am not very confident about this feature as a solution to the problem because I don't know how many people would bother to respond leading to taking down a document. According to me the report system is efficient for this (provided it is fixed).

On the contrary, this is a pretty cool feature to add to Archive. This might enhance user interest in participation.
