Translation of the Developers section into Brazilian Portuguese.

[2024-07-30] Starting...

• Copy of the /en directory;
• Translation of index.mdx;
• Creation of translation.json pt-br;
• Added pt-br language option to astro-i18next.config.ts & menu.ts;
• Correction of ISO 639 language code, pt-br to pt.

[2024-07-31]

• Copy of the remaining sections and translation of the home page;
• Small fix on the developer section index page;
• Pointing to the pt language folder in other sessions, in the specific object for the pt language menu.ts.

[2024-08-27]

• LanguageSelector.astro Increased width of options panel and selected option from 100px to 110px.
