Pulverize works, but could it be made to work with a script option

IE pulverize project.blend -P 'somescript.py'

It would be a fantastic asset animated tiles in OpenShot

I'm not sure what you mean. You want to pass a script to Blender?

You take a script file and pass information to the blend.

The videos below if made from a blend file which uses a python script to change parameter like the font, text, colour.
