What is the best way to get started with Zenko hands on?

I'm trying to learn about Zenko and get started with Zenko and try moving some dummy data across different clouds using Zenko.

Currently, I'm going over the Zenko installation page (https://zenko.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation/install/index.html) but I'm having multiple issues with it's underlying components as I try to install them such as helm2, K8/minikube, MetalK8, skopeo, etc etc. After fixing those installation issues, I plan on continuing with the Zenko installation instructions and get to work with Orbit (the web dashboard).

Apart from following the installation instructions, how can I learn more about Zenko? Are there any blog posts or community video I can view that contains a demo or some articles that do a deep dive on it's architecture and how it works under the hood?
