Node Projects Code of Conduct

Overview

Node Projects is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all contributors and participants, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or any other personal characteristics.

We expect all participants in our project to adhere to this code of conduct. Please help us create a positive and inclusive experience for everyone.

Our Standards

As a contributor or participant in Node Projects, you agree to:

  • Be respectful: Treat all individuals with respect and kindness, valuing diverse perspectives and experiences.
  • Be inclusive: Welcome and support people of all backgrounds and identities.
  • Be patient: Show empathy and understanding towards others' opinions, even when they differ from your own.
  • Be constructive: Offer constructive feedback and criticism, and avoid disparaging, demeaning, or harassing behavior.
  • Be collaborative: Work together to achieve common goals, and avoid actions that disrupt the project or community.

Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Harassment or discrimination in any form, including offensive language, imagery, or unwelcome advances.
  • Personal attacks, trolling, or derogatory comments.
  • Intimidation, stalking, or following.
  • Publishing others' private information without their consent.
  • Any other conduct that is harmful, disruptive, or disrespectful.

Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience unacceptable behavior, please report it to the project maintainers/administrators at therogersak@gmail.com. All complaints will be kept confidential.

Enforcement

Project maintainers/administrators are responsible for enforcing this code of conduct. They will review and address reported violations promptly and fairly. Enforcement may include warnings, temporary or permanent bans from the project, or other actions as deemed appropriate.
