Just wanted to clarify a couple of things. In the main Seurat vignettes (https://satijalab.org/seurat/articles/seurat5_integration), multiple samples/batches can be integrated together depending on experimental design. Has something similar been considered/implemented for PASTA?
Just wondering about how integration (Harmony, RPCA, etc.) and preparation for DE analysis (i.e., PrepSCTFindMarkers) would look like for polyA analysis.
