PRVO reachable variables and literal values

PRVO search literal values only inside the method under consideration (the method that is being mutated) and when searching for reachable variables it just search until it reaches a MethodDeclaration.

The mission, if you wish to accept it, is to make PRVO search the whole class for literal values and to take into account anonymous classes when searching for reachable variables.
