Data and ML modes

This release contains only image data and pretrained models.

• annotated-wind-turbine-surface-damage-200.tar.gz - a small subset of training data for fast model training
• wind-turbine-weights-small-2023_10_31.onnx - The ML model trained with the small dataset
• wind-turbine-weights-best-2023_10_31.onnx - A ML model trained with a larger dataset
