[Request] Changing default behaviour when clicking on ribbon when Workbench is open #16

I would like to request an option to change behaviour when clicking on the workbench ribbon when an instance of workbench is already open

currently, it will open additional instances on workbench note (so clicking 2 times will open workbench note in 2 tabs/cards)

My propositions

Either clicking again will close workbench, next click will reopen it
Or Clicking on the workbench ribbon icon should focus on already open Workbench instance

Current behaviour may be set as defaults, the proposed by me may be set in options
