Can I suggest that it might be a good idea to link to the Little Book of Rust Books: https://lborb.github.io/book/ -- it's quite comprehensive.

Also, it would be really useful to curate a list of the courses being run (or that have run) at universities teaching in Rust. That way, prospective educators might have some resources/contacts to start with. The course I helped run this year has a bunch of resources which, while I'm not sure our IP rules let us share; certainly would be great for inspiration.
